Privacy notice
Review this notice with your advisor before publishing; it describes how this website handles personal information.
What we collect
When you use the contact or sign-up forms we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, organization, phone number, country and message. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, arrange demonstrations and, if you signed up, send you news and updates. When you send a request, we also record it in our marketing system and note which of our recent emails you received, so we can tell which communications are useful. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing David@d365.Global.
Website visits and cookies
We use one first-party cookie, eng_v, holding a random visitor ID and, if you arrived from one of our emails, a code identifying that email. It lasts up to 13 months. We use it to record which pages are visited. If you came from one of our emails or you send us a request through this site, we link those visits, including earlier visits from the same browser, to your record in our marketing system so we can follow up with relevant information. Page addresses are stored without their query strings.
Visitors in Australia and New Zealand are told about this cookie and can opt out. Visitors elsewhere are asked first, and nothing is stored or sent until they accept. We don't track browsers that send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, and we never record visits for people who have unsubscribed from our emails or asked not to be contacted. You can change your choice at any time with cookie settings, or clear the cookie in your browser.
Visit data is processed by our marketing system, which runs in our Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environment. We also use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag, under the same choice, to measure site use and the results of our advertising; Google processes that data under its own terms. We do not sell visit data or share it with data brokers.
Third parties
Videos are hosted on YouTube and only load when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube’s own privacy policy then applies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your personal information. Form submissions are delivered by email to d365.Global and stored in our Microsoft 365 environment.
Access and correction
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing David@d365.Global or writing to d365.Global, 207 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
